Payment & Shipping

We accept payments through online and offline bank deposits, mobile payments (GCash & Paymaya). Personal and bank cheques and money order payments require a waiting period before your payment will arrive and can be processed before your order can be shipped.

For payments made via bank deposit, use your order number as a reference number when processing your payment. Please notify us via email at metallite.philippines@gmail.com when you have made your deposit so we can process your order.

Large volumes of items will be sent out through our in-house delivery service, while small items can be shipped out through third-party delivery companies, with shipping fee to be shouldered by the customer upon confirmation of payment.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery of items usually takes three (3) to five (5) business days. The faster you make your transaction, the faster you receive your order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
You will be able to track your order through our platforms and receive relevant updates on its status via email.

You can pick up your orders from our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City. All payments should be made through online or bank deposit.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

As of the moment, we only ship locally. But we have run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

All of our products are covered with a one-year warranty. If you receive a damaged product, or it was damaged within the covered warranty period, you can bring it to our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City. In order to return your product, you must provide the following:

  • Actual product with packaging still intact
  • Sales invoice of the said product

Warranties are non-transferrable.

Warranties are not extended.
